I-405 Sepulveda Pass Widening Design-Build, Los Angeles, CA (Owner: Metropolitan Transit Authority; Client: Kiewit) – My roles included project management expertise as Contract Manager and Utilities Lead Engineer, and design expertise as Segment 3 Utilities Engineer for this $1+ billion project. This project improves and widens HOV lanes from the Santa Monica Freeway (I-10) to Ventura Freeway (U.S. 101).I-15 Utah County Corridor Rehabilitation Management Design-Build, Utah County, UT (Owner/Client: Utah DOT) – Part of the management group, and design team, working with Utah Department of Transportation in developing Request For Proposal plans, specifications, estimate, and technical requirements for the nearly $2 billion reconstruction of I-15. Began as the Lead Roadway Engineer of Segment 1 of the project which spanned from south of Spanish Fork to the southern limits of Provo. Later, Brad was elevated to the Segment 1 Lead.
