I am passionate in leading teams and individuals to find extraordinary success. My diverse experiences from manufacturing to merchandising and then in marketing have given me the background to help and motivate others. I have been privileged to lead many different teams in my career. Also, to be able to pass my knowledge onto other teams and individuals in different organizations. I enjoy being part of a problem solving group. I have a passion in removing roadblocks and in finding a collaborative path to a mutually strong outcome. I have this same passion to help individuals succeed. I have have been asked and have spoken many times with college business classes and volunteered time with the Chamber of Commerce small business forums. My focus on succeeding in a goal also bleeds into my personal life. I always have a personal goal. My most recent has been to climb many of the Pacific Northwest mountains. Interestingly, climbing is also very focused on teamwork and problem solving. I also enjoy running and mountain biking. I look forward to what the future brings to help other great teams succeed. Whether leading or being part of a solution, I have a passion to find a great outcome.
