- Responsible for the input of all projects and coordination with internal resources in the execution of client program elements.- Manage the execution and coordination of media plans. - Scheduling of all team projects and assists Account Managers and team in managing client programs and projects, including time/cost estimates and budgets.- Client contact at the specific project level to communicate or gain information critical to achieving time and budget expectations.- Define project details, major deliverables and milestones; determines tasks and project schedules.- Track budget and timeline performance- Work closely with Account Manager for strategic planning for clients.

Reporting to the Director of Regional Sales, I run the day-to-day internal operations of the Regional Sales department:Project Management -- Coordination, scheduling and invoicing of company's multi-million dollar pre-printed insert business. Work directly with the ad agencies that represent these clients. Also manage the company's remnant postcard buying program.Customer Service & Communication -- Provide customer service and act as liaison for the Director of Regional Sales. Conduct the majority of communication with clients including: assistance with ad placement, contracts, development of creative and follow-up.Recently promoted to Project Coordinator with a focus on growing the company's remnant off-page product and pre-printed insert business.
