The project scope required the design and development of a Contractor Management System to effectively manage the company’s Operational Contractors and Contracts while introducing visibility, transparency and a shared situational awareness around contractors operating at each of the Yancoal Operations in Australia.The project included the identification of existing practices and procedures across all Operations, simplifying and streamlining tools and processes to one company wide standard and the design, development and implementation of a system solution to drive compliance and performance.
