In 2021, the parties agreed to a confidential resolution after 2.5 years of litigation.* Advised a billion-dollar product manufacturer on its deployment of arbitration agreements to its nationwide network of independent wholesalers. Agreements have been deployed to 40 states with an almost 85% acceptance rate by wholesalers.* Won a lawsuit in federal court on behalf of a cell tower company following a local municipality’s wrongful denial of a tower construction permit.* Draft and advise on NDAs, noncompetes, independent-contractor agreements, warranty disclaimers, liability limitations, website terms and conditions, privacy policies, LLC operating agreements, and corporate bylaws.
