Part of the consulting team managing a multi year Gas Asset identification project for PECO. Under the senior consultant I research and develop best practices, procedures and protocols for the use of GPS tools in the field. Working with GIS data management teams to improve the accuracy of internal maps and other locating tools. The improved data greatly decreases the likelihood of costly damage to the system. Help the senior consultant supervise the day to day operations of a team of 15. Developing skills and behaviors for a user community of over 200. Working with other consultants to refine software/hardware solutions for the project as well as dashboard and analytical tools to report to the client.

Helped coordinate teams of GIS analysts and programmers for several software projects to support Maryland Transit Administration's Baltimore Link. With my team developed maps and web tools to educate the public about many transit projects. Managed a document management system for the Maryland Port Administration, modernizing data storage practices and providing a solid foundation for records retention. Primary webmaster for the Governor's ARRA (American Recovery and Reinvestment Act) website, also developed versions of this site for H1N1 vaccines and capital budget. Served as data liaison for the Planning Department of the Maryland State Highway Administration creating custom map products. Conducted field work related to invasive species identification (Canada Thistle, Phragmites, etc.) via geospatial tools.
