Role: Managed numerous mobile app Agile development projects including the BlackBerry Web Browser, BlackBerry Voice Control, BlackBerry Intelligent Assistant, BlackBerry Advertising SDK and Universal Search. - Managed the internal and external development of the BlackBerry Intelligent Assistant. This product integrated voice recognition, text-to-speech, natural language processing (NLP) and machine learning (ML) to provide an intelligent assistant experience enabling interactions with many on-device and cloud-based services via hands-free user workflows. - Led multiple releases of the Blackberry Web Browser app. Drove UI/UX design workshops, bug triages, feature and optimization prioritization for the home-grown rendering and JavaScript engines. - Represented BlackBerry, managing technical relationships and deliverables with various external partners including Microsoft, Nuance Communications and Wolfram Research.

Designed Nortel’s Product Information Architecture (PIA) web search engine using Perl, C++, TCL, HTML and SQL. This web tool queried various Nortel relational and object-oriented databases for engineering drawings and documentation. Developed web-based CAD training seminars. Created a software plug-in using C++ to automate the Finite Element Analysis (FEA) of printed circuit boards.
