As a Sr. Analyst for Marketing Measurement and Reporting, I sit at the intersection of Marketing, Analytics, and Technology and function to help expand our Marketing Technology capabilities to ‘get us to next.’ With focus on our Marketing Reporting and Measurement tool set, I work to build and continuously improve a set of products that enable our marketing teams to make more informed decisions in the spirit of growing the business and optimizing our investments. Serving as a subject matter expert, I partner with internal customers to identify, propose, implement, build, and champion the best tools and processes to drive efficiency and support the continued growth of the business; while being responsible for governance,standardization, documentation, and accuracy of data.

In this role I am responsible for leveraging our media mix model to help inform how we allocate our marketing budget, and improving self-service reporting in support of our marketing teams.

In this role I will provide support to our Marketing and Insights teams through ad hoc reporting, dashboard development, and Athlete (customer) data analysis.

In this role I work with a cross-functional optimization and analytics team, and manage our website testing calendar. The goal is to provide the company with useful information to guide decisions on website features and functionality.

This role provided the opportunity to work with cross functional business user teams to document reporting requirements in support of our eCommerce business (over $1 billion in Sales in 2016). I also monitored key eCommerce metrics, built reports, and tested them for accuracy.

I was responsible for the planning, designing, coding, testing, debugging, and deploying of custom reporting solutions for the pharmacy team. I was also responsible for analyzing the data contained in those reports to provide our leadership team with a clear picture of our current state and a forecast of where the business was heading.

I am responsible for supporting the execution of ad hoc and service-request level enhancements, and the delivery of project level initiatives. I also am responsible for collaborating with those involved in the project and development life cycles, as well as end user business groups, to ensure successful implementation of all projects and initiatives.

I serve as an internal consultant working with business partners to identify opportunities to improve efficiency within their departments. Our department uses specific methodology based on the Toyota Production System model, and my role is to support that implementation by providing project-based support and coaching throughout the retail and administrative functions of our business under the guidance of a Senior Consultant.

I manage the day to day operations of a small convenience store/fuel station in Canfield, Ohio.
