About Brad Dickson
Former staff writer for The Tonight Show (14 years) where I wrote much of Jay Leno's monologue from 1991 - 2005. Former humor columnist for The Omaha World-Herald newspaper. (Nine years.) Co-author of the Amazon and N.Y. Times best seller "Maybe Life's Just Not That Into You." L.A. Times and L.A. Times Magazine essayist. I've also published essays in America Magazine, Omaha Magazine, the L.A. Daily News, West Magazine and others. I'm the playwright of the off-off Broadway dark comedy "The Scourge" which ran for five weeks in New York, and the playwright of the upcoming dark comedy "The Funeral" which should premiere in New York off-Broadway next winter or spring. I've also sold screenplays to Universal Studios.
