- Personnel Management of 5 Sales Directors, multiple outside rep Determine monthly sales goals and coordination of accurate forecasting.- Margin analysis expectations down to individual product and company EDITA achievement.- Direct account responsibility for Big Box retailers (Walmart, Target, Homecenters, Clubs, Drug)- Development of customer sales programs, pricing strategy and employee compensation programs and sales team yearly budgets.- Key voice in new product development including product features & packaging.- Presentation formulation, including proficiency w/ Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word.- Participation in National and Regional trade shows- Hiring and releasing company personnel and outside representatives. Renegotiating rep contracts.
