Multiple projects, including:- Replaced a legacy field technician scheduling-system with a Cloud based COTS solution (Click FSE), improving both technician utilization and Shaw customer satisfaction.- Provided services available through a web portal for customers to manage their Shaw accounts consistently and independently, enabling Shaw to decrease call-centre load and improve customer satisfaction. - Developed processes and engagement models for the newly formed Enterprise Services Integration team, transitioning from in-house to vendor-based delivery.

Multiple projects, including:- Worldplay - In this technology start-up delivered a high-quality and low-bandwidth video encoder, and multiple tools for supporting this encoder. - McKesson Medical Imaging Group, Vancouver - Successfully introduced agile practices into the highly regulated medical-device projects at McKesson, enabling the faster delivery of features and helping McKesson maintain its competitive edge in the marketplace.- Datasafe - Assessed a custom upstream Emergency Response Planning (ERP) system to determine if the system should be replaced or updated.- Agile Trainer - Enhanced and delivered training including an Agile Project Management course (2 days), an Agile Fundamentals course (1 day), and a User Story Workshop (½ day)

Managed 20 staff to develop risk calculation and management software for complex financial instruments used in large investment portfolios, with the primary customers being investment banks in the London and Sydney markets.
