Sr. Manager - Site Reliability Engineering
CurrentAggressively recruited into an SRE role and then quickly promoted to Lead(2014), Manager (2016) and Sr. Manager (2018). Brought in to stabilize Adobe Connect SaaS offering. After continuously improving Adobe Connects uptime numbers, the role expanded to include the Primetime suite of products in 2017. Primetime shattered previous record highs for major events in 2018 while maintaining incredible uptime numbers. This lead to an expanded portfolio which includes AEM supporting services, Dynamic Media and S7. In 2019 I was asked to take on the challenge of leading the SRE and Database team for the Adobe Document Cloud. I am currently the Sr. SRE Manager and Service Owner for the Document Cloud. The Adobe Document Cloud includes the worlds leading PDF and esignature services. I am responsible for Change Board Approval, Incident Management, Personnel Management, on-call, global coverage, Capex and Opex spend, performance, reliability, monitoring, and reporting. I interact, influence, and partner with other leaders across teams and regions to ensure the products are successful and our customers are delighted with the service.
