Client Accountable Executive At Oracle
Current• Manages the overall client relationship and profitability of the client with Oracle.• Provides the connection and thought leadership between the client’s business strategies and Oracle’s core values and solutions. • Establishes trusted relationships with all levels and venues inside the client organizations ensuring business needs are understood and Oracle’s information technology strategies are strategically enhancing.• Coordinates and oversees Oracle related interactions to include Sales, Consulting, Healthcare Executives and others as required.• Understands the client’s business situation including profit/loss performance, competition, market forces, organization, politics, and other factors such as local trends and reimbursement practices.• Accountable for Oracle business growth and overall client profitability by building the sales pipeline, managing sales opportunities, accurately forecasting sales and driving sales results.• Provides executive oversight into engagements so that delivery dates are met and insures value is being delivered to the client as committed.• Delivers projects on time and in a highly satisfactory manner.• Acts as the executive sponsor to the client and collaborates with the client to insure their voice is heard within Oracle.• Serves as the escalation point for issues requiring executive attention.• Leads and develops high performing teams that are client-centric (sales and consulting).• Accountable for cash collections, Accounts Receivable and write-offs.• Maintains oversight to all contractual interactions with the client.
