I work part time at North Shields Ferry Terminal where my role involves assisting customers with the loading and unloading of baggage from the vessels. Also I am required to assist customers with general enquires, always delivering excellent customer service.

In the run up to the busy Christmas period, I was employed in the warehouse of this busy toy retailer. My duties included unloading stock from delivery vans, loading onto pallets and taking into the store in order that depleted stock could be replenished.

I work part time at for the Totepool where my role involves taking customer bets, handling cash transactions and assisting customers with the process of placing bets. I assist customers with many enquiries and have had positive feedback on my interaction with customers.

This temporary role involved assisting within the office of a training provider, with duties including updating records, photocopying, filing and any other admin tasks that were required.

In this six month apprenticeship role I undertook computer based exams covering topics such as health and safety and use of equipment. Practical assessments in pipe fitting and copper soldering were passed.

In this apprenticeship role I would get a checklist from the computer to find which items I needed to get from the warehouse to be dispatched. I planned the delivery and dispatch of goods, making sure stock was stored correctly and safely.
