Project Procurement Manager
CurrentProject Procurement Manager (PPM) / Supplier QualificationManager (SQM)• Responsible for supply chain activities from material management planning, purchasing, expediting, inspections and logistics.• Ensure Purchasing activities are performed as required to ensure goods and/or services are procured to provide the best value to the project and are delivered on or before the contractual delivery date.• Ensure value capture via cost savings and/or cost avoidance for the best interest of project deliverables.• Prepare project procurement plans based on requisition lists and associated lead times. Define milestone descriptions and categories, allocate weighting for use of in Procurement progress reporting. Support Project Controls in development of cash flow projections. Continuously monitor plan versus actual and make necessary adjustments.• Coordinate with clients and suppliers to resolve concerns/conflicts• Control resources and man hours allocated for project purchasing• Review supplier application & financial data for potential and existing suppliers as to confirm eligibility or non-eligibility.
