Project manager responsible for the closing and relocation of our production facility in Germany to our facility in Poland.Activities included defining business case for the transfer including financial analysis and modelling, project planning, and recommended action plan. The daily management of the project included project planning, organization of project meetings, collection of technical and transfer of technical data and know how, and the management of team members from technical, production, sourcing, finance, and customer service.
