As greeNEWit’s Chief Operating Officer, Brad oversees day to day operations of the company. His primary focus is keeping greeNEWit’s business lines and support departments running as efficiently as possible by breaking down impediments, continually improving systems, and supporting team members.Brad’s systems thinking approach has led to increased transparency and reporting on all facets of greeNEWit’s performance, allowing key performance metrics to drive company decisions. Brad has also led the company in implementing lean methodologies in the development of new products, opportunities, and ideas by focusing on experimentation and validated learning.

As the Director of Development for greeNEWit, Brad improves operations through program development, software development, and training. He is a process improvement expert that develops systems and tools to increase efficiency, productivity, and sales for the company.He is responsible for the continued development of gREATESST, a proprietary data collection, reporting and operations management software that enhances greeNEWit’s operations and the customer experience by streamlining the way job data is captured, processed, and reported. His role includes strategic planning and decision making, designing new functionality, managing and communicating with developers, software testing and quality control. Brad has increased company-wide opportunities by drastically reducing the time of administrative processes, increasing data quality and communications consistency, and reducing overall operating expenses by utilizing advanced technology.Brad started with greeNEWit in 2009 and has served many roles as greeNEWit has grown. In addition to supporting the company’s development efforts, Brad also assists with employee and client training, including the Energy Adviser training program that he developed and delivers to utility companies across the nation. Past roles have included residential energy auditing, leading multifamily energy retrofit crews, field operations management, and technical operations management.

weBike was the first stationless bike sharing system in North America. By replacing the obtrusive, expensive stations used in traditional bike sharing models with mobile and web technology, weBike offered a simple, affordable, flexible solution to public biking. With a goal of making bike sharing accessible beyond big cities, our bike share model was targeted towards small and collegiate communities that aimed to get more people biking as a sustainable form of transportation.As Chief Development Officer, Brad lead business strategy and development, operations, research, legal, accounting & finance, and played a supporting role in sales & marketing and client relations.
