Key project experience:- Collins Square, Australia’s largest commercial mixed use development, comprising five commercial towers over a 10,000sqm retail podium and the refurbishment of the historic State Heritage Listed Southern Goods Shed. Over 185,000sqm NLA of commercial space was delivered as part of the landmark project on the edge of the Melbourne CBD. - Northbourne Square, a commercial development of three office buildings in central Canberra will provide for in excess of 52,000sqm of A grade office accommodation designed to meet the needs of Government and corporate sectors alike. DA secured to enable sale of the site. - Main Drive, Kew. The 280 lot master planned residential subdivision being the redevelopment of the former Kew Residential Services site (Kew Cottages). The site was delivered over a number of years in partnership with Major Projects Victoria. The 27 hectare, state heritage listed site is located 7 kilometres from the CBD and was redeveloped with 280 luxury homes and 9 hectares of parkland. - Planning and masterplan approvals of the 12.5 hectare Point Cook Town Centre in Point Cook Victoria in partnership with Places Victoria (Now Development Victoria).- The Axis Homemaker Centre at South Morang.
