Led one of the largest multi-disciplined A&E offices, up to a 110 people, responsible for providing design & consulting services to both commercial & government clients. Projects range in size from $50,000 to $300 million in construction value.• Staff Management responsibilities included mentoring & development of staff and their skills, project assignments, hiring/reducing staff as needed, performance evaluations & compensation reviews. Through better use of staff and their skillsets able to increase productivity from 77% to 86%.• Financial Management responsibilities included overseeing financial performance on all projects, ensuring fee proposals are accurate and projects are executed according to financial and quality control plans. Through increased contracts from existing clients, increased revenues from $9.3M to $22M and profits from $100K to $5.4M.• Principal in Charge on many projects in the office including a 10 year project with over $20M in revenues and $3M in profit. Responsible for ensuring proper execution, delivery and client relationship.• Leadership role with clients in helping them evaluate design alternatives for their planned facilities and make well informed decisions to arrive with solutions that achieve their goals within the established budget.• Responsibility reached all aspects of Benham’s entire A&E organization helping to establish procedures and protocols for continuous improvement of quality & financial performance, conducting project portfolio financial reviews, and establishing strategy and goals, objectives and direction.• Part of a senior leadership team that was responsible for developing annual budgets, manage office profit and loss (P&L) including managing expenses, and oversee OKC office real estate allocations and renovations. • Focused on advancing the office and staff through sophisticated technologies, the first office to adopt Building Information Modeling (BIM) strategies for delivering projects to our clients.
