• Multi-Site responsibility for core and mixing warehouses located in the DFW Metroplex• Led diverse workforce ranging from 111 Associates and (4)four Managers to 209 Associates and (8)eight Managers• Responsible for all operational aspects to include: KPI Management, Facility/Asset Management, People Leadership, Inventory, Regulatory and Environmental Compliance• Overall financial responsibilities included: Development and execution of annual operating and capital plan, developing and maintaining 1-5 year productivity strategy, executive-level reporting• Team and Individual Development: Development and executing retention strategy for both hourly and salaried employees, responsibility for manager development/assessment to include succession planning for the network, ensuring Individual Development Plans in place for Managers and Associates• Union Partnership Experience (UFCW): Built strong/collaborative relationship with union leaders to ensure consistency and alignment to mitigate any business disruption. • Responsible for leading change initiatives across the sites• Supported National HQ Warehouses Team in assessing and strategizing improvement opportunities across the country

Held multiple roles within the Dallas Traffic Department, inclusive of Continuous Improvement Manager and Lead Operations/Safety Manager. Would become a Division Subject Matter Expert for transportation, assisting departments across the country with performance improvement. While operationally focused on metrics inclusive of safety, MPG and $/mile improvement, would also be tasked with leading a number of change initiatives with both the Traffic Center and Site, inclusive of leading AGV integration.

During this timeframe, held multiple roles with increasing responsibility/scope, moving from Hourly Associate to a salaried Operations Manager. Notable achievements within this timeframe included: operational leadership experience at both a DC and Plant Warehouse, national leadership opportunities having been certified as a Continuous Improvement Master Trainer and Division Expert Trainer for performance-based training, and supporting multiple operational startups within the DFW Metroplex.
