The company currently has more than 320 employee-owners and is one of the largest independently owned energy suppliers in the state of Michigan.

In my role as Vice President of North American Operations at Pacific Cycle, I have managed a $24M budget in operations and $500M total company revenue. I enhanced safety scores and constructed a 1.1M sq. ft facility during a global pandemic. Additionally, I ensured 98% on-time delivery to all customers and provided a $21M inventory reduction plan through SKU rationalization and product life cycle management.

In my former role, I proficiently managed P&L functions with $125M revenue and 175 employees across two locations. I expertly met and exceeded sales targets on monthly basis by offering outstanding customer service. Moreover, I coordinated with product engineers to ensure completion of concept.
