• Promote understanding of good cyber-security practices within Midmark. Create, maintain and ensure adherence to all cyber-security policies, procedures, and standards. Communicate with other departments to report and resolve security and regulatory compliance issues related to IT solutions. Assure proper protection of personal information within our systems. Define, document, and maintain a security road map for the enterprise. Review new platforms, designs and services to ensure sound security practices are considered. Lead the response to attempted or actual breaches of information systems. Participate in business continuity and disaster recovery plans and protocols.

Develop network and telecommunications strategies for Mimark's global enterprise network infrastructure. Define, document and enforce standards for the network environment. Maximize network performance through monitoring and optimization of configurations. Design and deploy network infrastructure systems and components. Manage IT initiatives and projects. Represent Enterprise Infrastructure in corporate projects and initiatives.

Responsible for enterprise WAN and LAN including routing, switching, security, remote access and application load-balancing. Also responsible for telecommunications and videoconferencing infrastructure.
