As Vice president I was instrumental in building National Foam into one of Canada's largest spray foam insulation distribution companies. Maintained customer base through strong customer service and technical support and worked to improve the industry standard though education and training. I was responsible for hosting all technical training sessions in accordance with ULC standards both in Canada and Internationally. Worked directly with Code Officials, Architect, Engineers and builders to educate and gain acceptance of products to meet industry needs and demands. Successfully negotiated contracts for our customer base including several high profile multi-million dollar contracts with large industrial clients, while still working directly with builders and developers to expand the use of specialty products to improve on their end products performance and marketability to the end user.
