• While serving as the primary interface for company on legislative, executive, administrative and regulatory issues with all State governments, approval was successfully acquired in 40 states for the Company’s $1 Million Service Guarantee allowing the Company to avoid insurance regulation, which apparently has never before been achieved in the history of American commerce.• During tenure over $75MM in pp and venture capital raised (Bessemer, Kleiner Perkins, Goldman Sachs).• Helped increase revenues from $220,000 in 2005 to over $130MM in annual sales by fiscal year end 2009.• Participated in developing controls, numerous Company agreements, contract management and strategy, and infrastructure allowing the Company to grow from 5 employees in 2005 to over 400 in 2009.• Initiated and created Internet, Online, Search and Affiliate Marketing channels which produced over $1,000,000 in personally attributable recurring monthly revenues by early 2008.• Explored, created, sought and secured approval and licensing for, and served as President of First of Kind Captive Insurance Company formed as a subsidiary of the Company.• Provided Litigation Management and defended the company successfully against State Insurance Department matters, Attorney General Inquiries, contractual disputes and other regulatory claims.• Built real bipartisan relationships for LifeLock with Governors, senior Senators and Ranking House Financial Services Committee members.• Coordinated and implemented key LifeLock partnerships including the marketplace changing TransUnion relationship.• Provided credibility and access to key decision makers, branding LifeLock as an authoritative force on identity theft issues with Federal and State executive, legislative, and regulatory bodies.• Motivated and managed legal and government affairs teams, which included the monitoring of deadlines, personnel development and performance reviews.
