With 20 years of experience in Government Contracting, Brad has a breadth of experience that spans hands-on technical work, project leadership, and running “the business” of a services/consulting company. He was a co-founder of Trusted Concepts and served as the Senior Vice President/Chief Architect. Brad was responsible for establishing and managing information technology and infrastructure support services for Trusted Concepts. He successfully managed the functional support operations as the company scaled from 20 employees to 115 employees. Additionally, Brad led agile development teams in design, development, and maintenance of mission critical web based applications. He managed multi-million dollar software development and system engineering programs for the federal government. Additionally, Brad designed and delivered effective classroom training sessions for custom software solutions. Brad is an executive manager who is capable of blending big picture viewpoints with tactical considerations to inspire, build trust and deliver exceptional solutions to customers.
