He managed multi-million dollar software development and system engineering programs for the federal government. Additionally, Brad designed and delivered effective classroom training sessions for custom software solutions. Brad is an executive manager who is capable of blending big picture viewpoints with tactical considerations to inspire, build trust and deliver exceptional solutions to customers.
