Led successful launch of 20 MY3.0L Explorer/Navigator, balancing performance, fuel economy, emissions, NVH, OBD and other internal attributes to meet Regulatory, Consumer, and Financial requirements.

Responsible for managing a $200M budget for the Director of Powertrain Calibration, Controls, and NVH. Led the initial project to start moving development from prototype vehicles to powertrain dynos, enabling reduction and elimination of early prototypes.
