Plant Manager: Set strategic direction and foundation for manufacturing operations. Responsible for hiring, developing and managing all direct labor as well as all operational functions related to Production. Set strategic operational direction in collaboration with other areas of Supply Chain. Directly manage 150 +/- full time and temporary employees 24 hours per day, 5 days a week. Previous title was Production Manager, changed in recent restructure to accommodate increased responsibilities related to overall operational management.

Conduct insurance surveys to determine risk and replacement cost assessments for individual homeowner and commercial insurance policies. Focus on all aspects of risk assessment, including electrical, heat, and plumbing systems, full interior and exterior assessment of risk.

Land Survey Technician: Participate in the research, set-up and field work regarding boundary, topographic, and subdivision surveys. Create sketch plans and final CAD drawings for review. Assist in all other aspects of business management.

Ski and Snowboard Equipment Manager: Responsible for the management and planning of all departmental operations, which include equipment rental, sales and service. Administration of all financial functions including, profit planning, payroll, and other cash handling procedures. Project Manager: Developed and implemented budgets and plans for numerous large scale construction projects, both on and off of the mountain. Included lift, trail, infrastructure, building, water and recreational facility construction management.
