My current duties involve the coordination of events which pertain to the General Mills Data Centers, both in Minneapolis and in Mumbai. I was tasked to start a new Data Center Operations area within the General Mills Mumbai office in January 2012. I spent 39 days in Mumbai training and mentoring the newly hired staff. I excel in trouble-shooting problems to a successful resolution; or if required, escalate to the appropriate level. My interpersonal skills and knowledge of my job enable me to respond with professionalism and results for every customer in which I have contact.
