*Provide technical support, training, demonstrating, and educating of hardwood floor products to contractors and consumers.*Facilitate, lead, and assist with Bona's Contractor Schools, held at many locations around the country.*Support the sales team, the industry, and company related events and activities, including trade shows and training schools.

• Provide comprehensive follow-up, often going between customer and vendors to resolve issues, and tailoring resolutions to meet customer needs.• Collaborate with managers, team members, and vendors to achieve company goals.• Assist in building strong customer base through providing personalized product guidance, resolving issues, following up on purchases, and opening new membership accounts.• Train new employees on customer service techniques, procedures, and sales goals.• Strongly committed to team-building and staff development.• Conduct ATF (Alcohol Tobacco and Firearms) audits, ensuring that all legal documents are completely error free. • In charge of membership account maintenance and daily membership billing.

• Coordinate logistics and support for approximately 25-50 weekly events.• Build relationships with team leaders and event coordinators.• Meet with ministry team to develop project plans and timelines for each event, and distribute event notes to all involved.• Host multiple events simultaneously; tending to hundreds, sometimes thousands, of people. • Monitor inventory of event supplies.• Train team in safety processes and procedures.• Participate in weekly meetings with Operations Team to prepare for the week’s events. • Responsible for building perimeter security check nightly. Check over one hundred interior and exterior doors, prior to arming the alarm system
