Worked with the R&D team in the strategic development of our ASR program that grew from 50 targets to over 120 targets in several infectious disease areas. Enteric pathogens, Respiratory, Sexually transmitted, Anti-bacterial and Vector-borne. The program consisted of ASR's, FDA cleared kits, Automated extraction instrumentation, and automated liquid handling systems. - Managed the US clinical trial team. My role includes identifying and recruiting US trial sites. Contract negotiations and CRO integration for the Genetic Signatures FDA trial program.- Built and developed the go-to-market strategy for Genetic Signatures first FDA project. This included market assessment, SWOT plan, forecasting, and resource alignment.- Worked with key opinion leaders to establish scientific validity and utility of the Genetic Signatures molecular program.- Managed the US Technical service team.- Initiated the first US-based customers for Genetic Signatures
