International Recruitment Consultant and Manager.I have been a blue collar Recruitment Consultant / Manager with a strong focus on:- - Business Development - Account Management - Sourcing, Interviewing and Background Checking candidates both locally and internationally.- Supplying high quality trades and non-trades candidates to businesses throughout Newcastle and the Hunter ValleyPrior to this I worked with a large international Recruitment Agency in 2 of the Central London offices, where I managed the Royal Mail National Contract for the London Region, managing up to 200 candidates on a daily basis, as well as business development and candidate sourcing.My Recruitment experience began in the local area in the capacity of a recruitment co-ordinator, where my focus was candidate based, this included interviewing, qualifying, reference checking and client submissions.Before moving into the Recruitment world I spent 6 years working with an engineering company, 2 of which were as an internal sales consultant and estimator and the other 4 as a boilermaker where I was responsible for the fabrication, welding and installation of large equipment for the underground mining industry.Specialties: Business development, account management, employee management, employee recruitment, qualifying candidates, reference checking, bulk recruitment and blue collar recruitment
