My background includes roles in the U.S. and Canada where I have led teams of up to 50 people. I have experience in marketing, strategy planning, budget planning, category management and sales. I am known as a ‘big-picture’ thinker, but based on facts/analysis, not opinion. In my current role as President of Source for Sports® & Source for Adventure®, I am responsible for the strategic planning and business operations for our +250 retail location member-owned buying group made up of stores in Canada and the U.S. I have a team of 25 highly-committed, engaged professionals working in our office who are ensuring our stores are the best they can be, from buying, to marketing, to financial operations.In addition to my responsibilities with our organization, I also work closely with the Retail Council of Canada (RCC) and the Canadian Sporting Goods Association (CSGA), the latter which I serve as Chairman of the board of directors.
