He is an energetic leader, who is practical, perceptive and persuasive, and has proven himself as a change agent having worked with the global pharmaceutical firm, Pfizer, during multiple mergers and acquisitions as well as the more recent experiences with changing environments in the commercial banking arena.Brad was raised on a beef cattle and prime lamb property in South Australia’s Limestone Coast region and has over 30 years agribusiness experience. Prior to joining Westpac, he held senior client-facing roles with a global animal health company and an Australian rural merchandiser where he gained enormous insights into the agribusiness sector. Brad is also a current Independent Board Member of Potatoes Australia.With experience across all facets of agribusiness banking and a passion for sharing knowledge, Brad successfully links like-minded participants in the food and fibre production sector to ensure sustainable production.
