Sustained 20 % top line sales increase, and 30% OPINC increase over 3-year period,through customer & market focus, recruiting excellent talent, and managed an overall directmargin improvement in the face of a 20% raw material price increase. Recruited, trained and managed Sales Managers in Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, andVietnam. Re-aligned, supported, and motivated the Indian Sales Organization resulting in $1m USDgrowth per year for 3 years. Re-vamped Thailand sales operation resulting in top-line growth 200% and bottom linegrowth 250%, over a 2 year period. Assumed responsibility of the Fill Air inflatable product line 3/05; increased sales 83% andOPINC 200% in year 1 through margin & market focus, and proper inventory management.
