As a Service Manager for our major programmes, I am the first point of contact for a mix of internal and external clients. I manage the on-boarding, delivery and on-going service of apprenticeship programmes. This is an integral role that requires me to manage both internal and external stakeholders with competing demands, often with time-critical deadlines. I am responsible for but not limited to:• Supporting with post Statement of Work (SOW) Implementation • Learner, stakeholder & delivery awareness, processes/engagement, working with other internal teams to manage large-scale events. • Pre-enrolment learner engagement & briefings. • Being the single owner and authority for a number of accounts or customer segments, working with Delivery colleagues to provide an excellent learning experience. • Supporting Talent Hub for on-boarding deadlines• Client management and operational stakeholder engagement • Complaint resolution and escalation • NPI score follow up of key detractors & actions (supported by Reporting Lead)• Managing projects for Hub Operations Manager and Major Programmes Director

The role is a critical co-ordination, admin, and customer service role within QA’s Apprenticeship Talent Partnerships team. Dedicated to supporting the delivery requirements of QA’s larger corporate clients; focusing on the design, implementation and management of their apprenticeship programmes. Providing a responsive contact desk, offering single point of contact service for clients and apprentices to support with information, guidance and issue resolution. A prime resource for admin support, scheduling, project management and logistics management of some of the largest apprenticeship programmes QA offer.
