Location 1 (8 months) - Toronto, Ontario Duties: Reporting to the COO, I was involved with various business improvement activities and supporting the COO with data analysis of operating mines.Location 2 (18 months) - Kettle River Operations (Washington, USA)Duties: I spent my first 12 months at Buckhorn mine as a miner learning underground mining. I mostly gained experience driving haul truck (ore/waste hauls and CRF haulage) and on the services crew. I spent the last 6 months in the engineering group doing ventilation and short range planning work.Location 3 (14 months) - Kupol Mine (Far East, Russia)Duties: I worked with other mining engineers on strategic mine planning, and various business improvement projects
