Brad has more than 25 years of experience in guiding domestic and international clients through cross-border financial and operational restructurings in the United States, Brazil, Japan, and various countries in Europe. His responsibilities have included advising boards and senior management teams, leading finance functions (e.g. treasury, FP&A, etc.), designing and executing cost reduction programs, managing liquidity to ensure clients have sufficient liquidity to execute strategic transformation plans, negotiating agreements (restructuring support, credit, M&A, etc.) with various stakeholders to facilitate an effective transformation and advising clients regarding impact of various international insolvency regimes (US chapter 11, UK administration / CVA, Brazilian recuperação judicial, Japanese civil rehabilitation / ADR, etc.). Brad has experience in industries including telecommunications and high-tech, retail, oil & gas, mining, shipping, manufacturing, agriculture and media/publishing. Brad earned his MBA from Brigham Young University in 1999 and is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor and a Certified Turnaround Professional.He is also responsible for developing and teaching various internal AlixPartners training courses on cash forecasting and management, operational cost reduction programs and FP&A best practices.
