The site has achieved ZERO lost time incidents since beginning operation as high standards have been set at the site in the areas of safety, food safety, quality, and housekeeping. As Head of Operational Improvement, I am involved in leading projects that affect the broader PGP business and, in some cases, involve multiple other parter companies in the supply chain. I functioned as the Project Director leading the design and pre-engineering of a large capital project (>$14 million) involving a capacity expansion within the business. In addition, I functioned as the Interim VP of Operations across the company leading all manufacturing (2 sites), planning/scheduling, and engineering business wide.
