While at Dukane, I was CFO with all financial and income tax reporting responsibility. Managing bank relationships became an important responsibility in this role. In addition, for a period of time I also served as the lead HR representative as VP of Administration. Performance evaluations, day to day HR matters as well as union negotiations were a part of this role. I also gained more hands on operational experience while running a manufacturing division for a short period of time. Over the course of my 7 years in these roles, I also completed acquisitions and divestitures of various business units as well as worked extensively in a management buyout.

During my years with PwC (originally Coopers & Lybrand), I worked closely with clients in a variety of industries providing accounting & advisory services. My emphasis in the later years with the firm was privately held businesses which lead to my transition from public accounting to Dukane Corporation.
