Provide consulting services to shippers or organizations on a variety of subject areas including bulk rail shipping, port terminal operations, materials handling, vessel chartering and the interaction and connectivity of different elements of a supply chain. Provide SME assessment of supply chain strategy and business and risk analysis. Offer insight into global supply chain performance and benchmarking activities. Assist clients with organizational design and work flow development.

Oversee the logistics chain from 6 operating Mines, through rail delivery to port operations and vessels through to customers. Included is product blending and quality control for customers. Managed operating and commercial relationships / contracts with 3 Class 1 railways and 4 major port facilities, vessel agents, and ship owners. Operating budget of $1.1B per year.

Led three operating sites of approximately 350 people (2 Wollastonite and 1 Tripoli): Willsboro Operations, Willsboro, NY, USA; Pilares Operations, Hermosillo, Sonora, Mexico; American Tripoli Inc., Seneca, MO, USA. In charge of all site operations including production and maintenance, employee relations, engineering, marketing, accounting and customer and community relations, with $75M USD operating and $1M to $5M USD per year capital budget.
