I am a driven individual who strives for continuous improvement and development. I am passionate about Contract Management and have achieved amazing results in this space through partnership & inclusion with our contracting partners. Developing processes and systems that resulted in QAL Contract Management being ranked best in Rio Tinto global and also achieving greater than 1000 days recordable injury free whilst being accountable for approximately 350 persons a day completing high risk work across many disciplines.In my leadership journey, I have always valued the power of a diverse and inclusive team, working together to maintain the delicate balance between peak operational performance and strategic downtime for maintenance with zero harm. My approach is grounded in the belief that every aspect of the operation, from the day-to-day production to shutdowns for upgrades and maintenance, is integral to the long-term success of an organisation. I am a firm believer in that people are the core of any successful organisation.
