Brad Kidwell has more than 30 years of homeland security experience. For 20 years, he served in the Coast Guard has a helicopter pilot, aircraft maintenance officer and program manager. Brad is credited with establishing the Coast Guard’s Innovation Initiative for introducing new technology into Coast Guard operations. After retiring from the Coast Guard, he joined the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) as a Director in the Office of Policy and Plans. He left DHS in 2007 to lead marketing and business strategy for Techno-Sciences, Inc., a growing technology company delivering maritime domain awareness solutions to a global marketplace. An expert in revitalizing organizational performance via cutting edge strategic planning, Brad coordinated the company’s business development, marketing, and growth strategies.
