I spent much of that time being responsible for GoToMeeting, a SaaS product with millions of daily users with high expectations for performance, uptime and quality. In my role I established best practices for minimizing risk while delivering frequent software updates. I am passionate about quality and use a data-driven approach to measure and report progress. I joined Citrix as a Staff Software Engineer and was responsible for the original port of the Windows GoToMeeting client to Mac OS X. Following that I transitioned to Engineering Management and was responsible for desktop GoToMeeting and other client applications in the Collaboration Suite of products. This included the v1.0 releases of GoToWebinar and GoToTraining, as well as mobile applications on iOS and Android.In February, 2017, the GoTo division of Citrix spun off and merged with LogMeIn.

I participated in the development of carrier-grade web-based applications using technologies including Java/J2EE, Struts, Servlets, JSP, XML, Ant, JUnit, LDAP, HTTP, SMTP, POP, and IMAP.
