Redundancy due to COVID 19As part of an initial start-up team taking Vivify Venues from concept to operational venue management system. Introducing operating procedures to all functions of the business including, onboarding, new venue recruitment, client and stakeholder communication pathways and supporting the link between operational activity and financial procedures.Securing relationships with new venues from initial outreach, sales funnelling, and onboarding. Identifying market gaps between our concept and that of our competitors. Ensuring our tech and development teams were prioritising gaps in competitors and re-phasing sprints to capitalise on client needs. Projects such as self-onboarding for venues, dynamic pricing and venue calendar optimisation adjusted in priority based on competitor weakness.

Overseeing 2 multi-faceted leisure centres in the heart of a deprived community. Holding ultimate accountability for financial performance of both sites while maintaining operational excellence with a large team of varying departments.

Operational and sales management of 2 premium health club. Including management of departments such as technical, health and safety, lifeguards, reception along with ultimate accountability for all service costs including utilities, staffing, consumables, and goods for resale.
