I have 17 years of experience in construction. I started when I was 17 and been doing it ever since. I first started doing flooring did that for a few years then jumped into flipping houses. I was lucky enough to meet a partner that would buy the places an I would remodel them and then sell and split the money. We did a total of 7 houses then stopped when the housing market collapsed. I started working for different companies to learn all the different trades, like roofing and rain gutters for 2 years. Then worked with a company that built house from the ground up for 4 years. Then HVAC for 2 and went to school and got my EPA license to handle refrigerant like R22 and so on. Then I worked for a real estate company doing Commerical Property Management. I did everything from Landscaping, building out commercial suite's like building steel stud walls painting, flooring an drywall doing everything the customer needed. While I was doing all of that on the side I was trying to run my own business. I have built multiple things like a 2 1/2 car garage a 20x40 pollbarn and a few 4 seasons porches. Then finally I started my business up full time Lavanway Construction & Remodeling LLC I got insured and started my working on my builder's license. I'm a small company with no employee's but hope to be that big soon.
