For the past 7 years, I’ve led investigative teams of 7 to 12 investigators/employee relations practitioners, to include building out processes, programs, talent, and culture to successfully navigate through a merger.- 20 years of dynamic leadership experience, leading and building teams of up to 230 in diverse high-stakes global and corporate environments; demonstrated mastery of forging effective relationships across a multitude of challenges and barriers. In my most recent role, I led employee relations support for corporate functions (HR, Legal, Audit, Finance, DE&I, Risk) along with the organization’s multiple contact center locations and a large geographic portion of our branch network.- 8+ years of experience as a core advisor to all levels of leaders, including C- suite executives in a Fortune 500 organization, providing thought-partnership to resolve complex challenges and manage risk. In my most recent role, I advised our Chief People Officer on employment matters from a position three levels down in an organization of close to 55K employees.
