In January 2005 I joined Teekay Couplings Ltd as a Sales Representative for the Midlands region in the UK. The move to Teekay took me back to my engineering roots and I was once again associated with engineered mechanical equipment for the pipeline industry initially specialising in mechanical joining solutions for pipe within Water, Oil and Gas, Marine, Power and General Industrial markets.Since 2005 my role with Teekay has expanded and my current responsibilities can include:Sales Manager - Midlands, Anglian, Wales, NI and Eire.Sales and Technical Sales Support - Major Projects, National and International.Technical Project Support - Sales and Aftersales, Global.Key Account Management - Global.Market and Project inspired Technical Product Development.

Permanent position of build and race engineer for multi championship winning sports prototype race team. Race engineer to Stephen Shanly, two times National Supersports Champion.

At Flowserve, Valtek Control Products I undertook an Advanced Modern Apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering. This training route covered all aspects of the design, manufacture and aftersales service linked to Valtek flow control products. As my experience grew I was offered to undertake further training at Flowserve in USA, following completion of my Apprenticeship I was offered a permanent position of Design Draughtsman at the Flowserve Pershore facility.
