I am passionate about advancing the quality, safety, and efficiency of patient care. As the Chief Nursing Officer at Corewell Health Beaumont Troy I oversee the strategic planning, operations, and budget of the nursing department, as well as the recruitment, retention, and development of our dynamic team. I also collaborate with other senior leaders, physicians, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of the nursing vision and goals with the organizational mission and values. Previously, I served as the Chief Nursing Officer Grosse Pointe and the Administrator of Clinical Services at Beaumont Health, Troy where I led multiple initiatives to improve patient satisfaction, staff engagement, clinical outcomes, and regulatory compliance. I have a a Master of Business Administration degree, and a Masters of Science degree in Nursing. I am also certified as a Nurse Executive Advanced by the American Nurses Association and a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives. I am committed to fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and collaboration among the nursing staff and the entire healthcare team.
