CurrentSets the tone of written content in the Trace3 brand, working with inhouse participants and outside contractors to both ensure message effectiveness and brand consistency. Through the process of idea creation, content development, and polish to publication output, promotes Trace3 and its collaborating staff across Marketing, Executive, Sales, Engineering, Innovation, and People and Organizational Health as a content generator, editing partner, and writing coach, helping to produce not only multimedia output but also talented creators.Works in conjunction with Sales and Technical teams to ensure the final delivery of written sales proposals and technical deliverables are of the highest quality and on-brand to ensure Trace’s best chance of sales success and client satisfaction.• Oversee the development, standardization, and library management of sales enablement collateral.• Promote sales solutions across Trace3 utilizing the COE, Win Wires, and related internal communications.• Facilitate, administer, and edit Corporate Communications, including executive communications, intranet (HUB) strategy and development, and HUBmail.• Edit and promote Innovation and Research material internally and externally utilizing email, social, etc., plus help develop related demand generation copy for email promotion.• Templatize and edit sales opportunity proposals and technical deliverables.• Mentor identified Trace3 staff to both help realize their writing potential and promote the Trace3 brand through articles, social posts, blogs, etc.• Chair of Trace3 Center of Excellence and its affiliated Steering Committee; spearhead the identification of potential sales growth opportunities to then highlight those opportunities across the organization.
