CoBank is a national cooperative bank serving vital industries across rural America. The bank provides loans, leases, export financing and other financial services to agribusinesses and rural power, water and communications providers in all 50 states.In this role, I manage board relations activities, including board meeting planning and preparation, director nominations and elections, director disclosure and independence, board policies and directives, compliance with relevant law and regulations, and corporate secretary duties. I also support the bank's Farm Credit Banking Group and work with the Finance team in administering the capital plan and issuing corporate capital instruments.

The Legal Loan Processing team supports the business by providing legal, documentation and closing resources to each transaction. My team specifically focuses on syndicated and multi-lender transactions and manages the outside counsel relationships. We also provide general corporate support relating to loan eligibility, regulatory compliance and derivative transactions.
